We bought a new Coachmen Catalina 16bhs. From the initial phone call Phil was extremely helpful but was not pushy. No sales gimmicks. Our deal was a little complex due to trade ins and Paul was awesome to work with. He made sure everything was in order. When we picked it up Frank in service set up our hitch and gave thorough explanations and was very patient with our questions. Ashleigh explained the features and made sure evrything worked and answered our questions thoroughly.
